Another space-creating PhotoMOS relay with built-in resistor
TWO IN ONE - Panasonic's new PhotoMOS relays with a built-in input resistor save mounting space and contribute to miniaturization!
Newly available in a miniature package, these voltage-sensitive types require no externally mounted input resistor (recommended input voltage = 5V). Besides eliminating the need for an external input resistor, which saves you time by no longer having to mount an external resistor, board design is simplified.
Driven by our customers' requirements, Panasonic has developed a wide variety of five standard models in three packages: SSOP, SOP 4-pin and SOP 16-pin.
The technical features of PhotoMOS relays, especially those with low CxR values and embedded resistor, make them ideal, not only for measurement and test applications but also for miniaturized broadcasting and medical equipment.
